Trevor running his 4:44.02 mile on 22 March 2008
Trevor had another great day at the track on Saturday. He again bested his time in the mile and also got his feet wet running the 400. He ran the mile in 4:44.02 and was totally jazzed. He also ran the 400 leg of the distance medley and one leg of the 4x400 race, which was a first for him. His fastest 400 was 56 seconds - not bad for a distance runner :)!
